A Meal Without Wine Is Like a Day Without Sunshine
In Italy, wine has always lived naturally at the center of the table — poured slowly alongside food, conversation, and evenings that linger a little longer.
At Invita, every label is curated personally by Antonello, following the same philosophy behind the kitchen itself: authenticity, balance, and deep respect for Italian tradition. From mineral whites from Friuli and Sicily to Brunellos, Barolos, Amarones, and Super Tuscans, the collection was built to accompany food naturally — never overpower it.wines selected to pair naturally with our menu.
The collection also includes Invita’s own house wine from Castello di Querceto in Chianti Classico, Tuscany — a Merlot and Sangiovese blend inspired by the timeless character of the region’s wines. Created to be shared the Italian way: alongside good food, long conversations, and evenings where nobody is watching the time
Because great wine, like great food, is always better when shared.

Our selection evolves constantly, and some of Antonello’s favorite bottles are simply meant to be discovered at the table. Availability and pricing may occasionally vary as new wines arrive throughout the season.
Antonello often says that the best Italian pairings are the ones that feel natural — where the wine never competes with the food, but quietly elevates the entire table.
For him, linguine with clams is best enjoyed with a crisp Bianco del Friuli, wines whose freshness naturally complements the flavors of the sea. Four-cheese gnocchi or Filetto al Marsala, on the other hand, find harmony alongside a Brunello di Montalcino — bold yet elegant wines made for slower dinners, generous plates, and conversations that continue long after the last glass is poured.
